option to export data as compressed sbdf and api to convert csv/txt to compressed sbdf Merged

Customer would like to 1)export data to compressed sbdf, 2)convert big csv/txt file to compressed sbdf using API, in order to utilize the benefit of sbdf file itself. However currently for either case data is not compressed in sbdf file so the result sbdf file is very large. So they are expecting an option to export data as compressed sbdf and api to convert csv/txt to compressed sbdf. Thank you.
