Better indication as to why the launch RStudio button is disabled

We've found that even though we have RStudio installed we see the button within Spotfire disabled. It's taken quite a bit of troubleshooting using the ProcMon tool to discover that Spotfire relies on specific registry entries to find RStudio - and those entries aren't there if RStudio was installed by a regular user (they can only be created by an administrator).

 

So two things:

  1. Make it easier to find out why the button is disabled
  2. Allow manual configuration of the RStudio location so that the button can work without administrator level installations of RStudio.
