We would like the ability to extend the functionality of a bookmark into a subscription engine.
Basically we would like to be able to take a whole tab in a DXP or a single graphical object in that tab, define an email title and a set of recipients and then schedule that subscription so that end users get the selected content as either a PDF attachment or embedded within the email on a desired schedule based on when we know the data for that DXP has been refreshed.

This is resolved in Spotfire 7.12 and using Spotfire Automation Services with the Export Prepared report to PDF feature.

I understand 7.12 gives the ability to select the whole or sections of a dashboard and schedule those exports but how do individual users 'subscribe' to these exported slices such that they would get an email when a new instance of the selected section of the DXP is available to them?
