there is no session timeout setting that would timeout the User Session when your are in the Spotfire Landing page

Business wants the inactive timeout to be 10mins. However we set the inactive timeout to be 10mins in web.config. Its working perfect for all analysis pages but there is no session timeout setting that would timeout the User Session when your are in the Spotfire Landing page

 

Further raising a case( 01487794) with support team , they said this requires tool enhancement. When can see that
