Mixed actions and multiple Script/DataFunction executions in text area action items

It would be nice if multiple scripts or data functions could be executed within one text area action item. In addition, being able to mix all types of actions would be good, for example first apply a bookmark, then execute a script, then navigate to a page, then exectue a data function.

    It would also be good to have the option that one action is executed after another has finished completely. I found that running things in parallel sometimes does not work.

    Hi Christof, I agree the idea TS-I-6365 should be merged with your idea here.

Action Controls: ability for action controls to execute actions and/or scripts

Would like to have the ability for action controls buttons to execute multiple actions and python scripts (e.g. do the reset filters action, then execute a Python script, then do the clear markings action, then execute a different Python script)
