Annotation Issue with responsive layout by using JavaScript API

 We have created bootstrap responsive layout by using JavaScript API. 
If we click start conversion at the context menu of any webpart then it prompt Conversation window in all webparts of the dashboard 

How to stop this behavior in spotfire JavaScript API?

    The collaboration tool does not work well with multiple views. I have verified that the same problem exists in the regular web client when opening multiple views.
