Add ability to collapse all data tables in the filter panel

We often have files with many data tables.  I would like to be able to right click at the top of the filter panel and collapse all data tables so I can then expand only the one I want to interact with.

    It would be very useful to be able to collapse all the data tables in the Organise Filters view too

    Also add an option to 1) collapse all subgroups 2) expand all subgroups 3) expand all data tables. Expanding is important because when you search for a filter, you can only see them when they are in an expandecd data table/sub group
