uiconfig to set configuration(auth,etc) per site

Site is added in Spotfire 7.9 which is a great feature to configure multiple authentication methods in one spotfire implementation.

However configuring authentication method for site using config.bat is difficult compared to uiconfig GUI tool, with which can search domain controller URL and context, etc.

It would be great if uiconfig can set configuration for specific site.
