I like the idea of both metrics and will up-vote, but I would like clarify one of them:
IsMobile = Whether Tibco does it for us or we get an API to use, I want to be clear about what is needed. Through research and experiments, I've realized that screen resolution and browser type alone are not enough information to accurately classify a user as mobile. The pieces missing are physical monitor size [inches or cm], pixel density [dots/inch]. Technically, you need viewing distance too, but there's no way to get that digitally, however it can be estimated from the physical size. Whatever method is used, it has to account for those things.
