Expose APIs related to New Export To PDF features in 7.10

In Tibco Spotfire 7.10, new features has been added to Export to PDF   - preview option, specific pages selection, fit to PDF/Custom Fit, Image Quality. Tibco has not exposed the APIs used in these new features. If these APIs are exposed, we should be able to apply the new features to our custom export to pdf extension. The new features are shown in the attachment.

    TIBCO Spotfire 7.12 comes with new APIs for exporting prepared reports.
