Imported custom theme and color schemes Merged

Default Color Scheme and Document Color Schemes of a dxp that is used as a Custom Theme are not inherited in a new dxp that uses the Custom Theme dxp for its theme. If the inheritance of Default Color Scheme and Document Color Schemes is allowed, less effort is needed to configure these.
