In bar chart, when value axis is set to have a range max, pls print the bar value label also on bars that extend beyond that range max

For a numbe rof bar charts I have set a value axis range max. I've set labels to show. but he only shows those labels for bars that fit within the range. The bars that are bigger than the max are displayed in a diffused way at the top. I'd like spotfire to still print the bar value in a visible area of the bar.
