Include Tooltip in KPI Chart Visualization

Tooltip is not available in KPI chart visualization. Ask is to show a description from another column in the tooltip when you hover over the KPI tile. Tooltip should be configurable.

Configure Tooltips on KPI Charts

Like (all?) the other visualisation types, it would be useful to be able to configure the tooltips on the KPI charts. It would be an especially useful enhancement due to the limited information displayed on KPI charts anyway.
