Description field at tab/page level, and have a separate print option for all description fields at document, page and visualisation level

I can enter documentation text at document (analysis) level and at visualization level, but I also would like to enter text at page/tab level to explain to the user what the objective is of that page. This so I can maintain the end user documentation inside the spotfire file. Then, I;d like to be able to print all the 3 levels (document, page, visualization) to pdf or export to Word (perhaps with some fancy footwork of styles etc etc). This ideally to be at the pront or pdf export phase with a tickbox to select which doumentation I want to print. I realize I can include the description field at chart level but this take sup valuable real estate space on the printout. I'd rather have all documentation printed/exported as additional pages at the end of the printout/export.
