Add contact e-mail address on server login page (web)

When visiting the server login page (web), the current solution does not provide any contact information for the system, which makes it hard for users to find out who manages the system. Simply having the option of displaying a Contact: <emailadress> field on the login page would fix this.

      This is implemented.

      Since Spotfire Server 7.8 possible to configure a short message to be displayed on the login page using the "security.login-page.text" configuration property. It's also possible to create a completely custom login page.
