Default save location of analysis file

When saving analysis file, its default location in save window depends on its opening method as follows.
 a) File > Open
     Default folder is its saved location.
 b) Drag&Drop or double click analysis file
     Previous active folder (Last folder of opening/saving analysis)

Would you add an ability to set active folder to its saved location, even when opening analysis by Drag&Drop or double clicking?
