Linked to Source option in Business Author version

Hi,

Currently, Business Author licence allows only to embed the data or Info link (if we need linked to source).

We have purchased 15 BA licences and all the users would like to have this "Linked to source" option to read data from source for Business Author version. Many of our analysis is based on daily extracts. It would be painful for Business author uses to load the data daily. They are already dreading the everyday effort it would involve. Please consider this request. Thank you.

    A file data source added for the first time in Business Author will be uploaded and then stored in the analysis file. The reason is that Business Author doesn't receive the file path from the browser and thus can't link to it. This is a security feature in web browsers. If you add the file data source in Spotfire Analyst you will be able to use it in Business Author as a linked file data source.
