improve javascript api onMarkingChange event to handle json data in chunks to overcome the browser json max limit

when listening to onMarkingChange event and marking 20 columns with 20,000 rows of data you get an error that the max json length is exceeded, this is a big problem when displaying a lot of data, we need to work with chunks of data the limit is too small

    It should just be possible to execute python script upon marking change or upon filter change. That would eliminate the need for workarounds through javascript, docprops and\or terr data functions. This is already one of the most popular ideas on the portal: https://ideas.tibco.com/ideas/SPF-I-97
