Flexibility to schedule reports on weekly and monthly basis in spotfire webplayer Merged

Spotfire webplayer now has ability to schedule a report only on daily and hourly basis. It should also have ability to schedule a report on weekly and monthly basis as not all the reports need daily schedule. We can have quarterly and monthly reports where users wants to update the data on particular day of a month.
