Right Align table column values for long column values should begin with ... not end with ...

Currently when right aligned the text values in a column whose values are too long to be visible in the column width, the display shows ... at the end of the string to indicate there is more data to come, but not visible due column width restriction.  If this started the value with ... showing there are more values to the left that would make more since.  Right Align table column values for long column values should begin with ... not end with ...

This would allow users to use the right align text feature to handle cases where the most significant part of the long value is at the end not the beginning (currently there is no way to deal with this).  The scenario that comes to mind for me is long strings (file names), dates and times.  If I care what's at the beginning, I left align; if I care about what's at the end, I right align.
