Add-on to API for colour scheme settings in Map Chart

When applying a color scheme, it is applied using the option "Colors matched to values," by default and unfortunately there is no API to specify what color option/method to choose (as per advise from Tibco support engineer).

The enhancement should allow user to use the 'Apply Colour Only' option.
