Stored Data option should remember the current state of the data

Issue with new "Data Loading Setting" feature in Spotfire 7.7 and 7.11 when using the following procedure/settings:
1- Load any data from a file or a database
2- Mark and delete some rows
3- Save to Library, press Review or edit settings and set "Stored Data" in Data Loading Settings window.
4- Close the current template and re-open it again.
!!! deleted rows are here again!!

When embedding data in Data Table Properties all is OK (deleted rows remain deleted)

Implemented in 10.3

I really like this new 'Row Filter' in the data transformation.  I have been wanting this feature for some time now but I still believe that using this feature to address the requirement is still a shortcoming because the data still remains when it should be completely removed.

Please use the Row filter data transformation introduced in Spotfire 10.3 LTS.

Even though is a "Wish for an Enhancement Request", I truly believe that this is really a BUG or a unknown short-coming of the software. In order to keep the required data from entering your analysis and corrupting your results, it needs to be taken care of before it gets loaded into Spotfire, making it no different than Tableau.
