Add an option to forbid the download of the DXP from Spotfire Webplayer Merged

The visualisation can hide some data to the user on purpose.

Allowing the user to download the DXP would allow him to see the hidden data.

 

Adding an option in the DXP that would specify if the DXP is downloadable over webplayer or not.

 

This would be particuarly usefull on spotfire cloud.

It can't connec to a DB, so I've to upload SBDF file with all data.
