Filter Organization Transfer Between Filtering Schemes Merged

The default filtering display usually needs tweaking. Sadly, when a  filtering scheme is put into place, the filter box for the data table reverts to the default version, and then you start all over again, changing the order filters, hiding the ones that get in the way, changing checkbox filters to default filters.  YIKES, so inefficient!
