Set line chart labels from custom expression Merged

Allow custom expression or configuration of labels for line chart visualization similar to label configuration in map or scatter plots.  Line label shows both line by and color by selections without an option to turn off either or set a custom expression to only show one of these two selections.  Labels are much too long with current options.
