Provide a popup when folders are dragged/dropped/moved

It is too easy to accidentally drag and drop a folder to a new location.  It would be nice to be prompted along the lines of -- do you really want to move this? -- before you can drag/drop a folder.

    While this can't be prevented 100% you can reduce accidental moves by removing write permissions from your top level library folders, even for Administrators. You can add write permissions to lower level folders.
