Enable truly responsive (mobile-friendly) layouts

All efforts so far in letting authors create responsive reports and dashboards were only half-baked solutions. There are lots of grid-based systems out there which let developers easily create mobile-friendly, responsive layouts. One such framework is Bootstrap (http://getbootstrap.com/). It would be great if a report author could define rows which contain columns which in turn contain individual visualizations. For each row or column it can be specified on which devices (screen widths) it is shown. This is all handled by Bootstrap.

It would be really beneficial (and I believe a first in the industry of data visualisation software) if that could be done.
