Enforce default language into footers of "add hoc" pdf export

We use Spotfire as our visualization technology of our own product.  With our product we need to ensure that our legal language is included in exported reports to pdf.  To-date we have not been able to do this with any native Spotfire configuration therefore we built a custom PDF export using the Spotfire API.

With 7.12 the pdf export API no longer supported this capability and therefore we are forced to continue to use our 7.7 API version which does not give us the pdf export improvements in 7.12 and is likely to not be supported long term.  However we have a requirement to enforce our legal copyright language into our reports.

With this said, we would like to have a configuration that would enforce such legal language into the footers of pdf exported reports...both Prepared reports as well as adhoc export from the Web Player.  In 7.13 I understand that there will be an option to do this with prepared reports but would not for adhoc pdf exporting.
