Set a custom expression for color on a bar chart when using multiple fields in the chart

This would allow color coding of the bars using a custom expression.

I have a bar chart based off two fields: A and B.
The value (y) axis is showing values for the sum(a) and the sum(b) across two quarters of data.

What I would like to do is color sum(a) based on its relationship to sum(b).
If sum(a) is less than sum(b), make the bar for sum(a) red.
Conversely, if sum(a) is greater than sum(b), make the bar for sum(a) green.

The viewers would then be able to quickly determine good/bad based on color.
