Ability to rename Grand Total and Subtotal Rows Merged

Would like the ability to rename these totals to be more descriptive.  I.e. if my data is filtered to the LTM I would like to be able to rename the Grand Total to be called "LTM".  I searched and did not find anything related to this idea.
