The bookmark's URL is always valid even if the bookmark is deleted.

Copy bookmark URL, then delete this bookmark, our feature request is after the bookmark deleted, this bookmark URL is still valid. That is, the Bookmark URL should contain all information for how to apply the bookmark.

    I am interpreting this that the URL should contain all information required to apply the settings of the bookmark.

    Linda, does this mean you want the bookmark not to be visible in the UI, but that it would still exist underneath? Can you explain why?
