UX: Generally better script management (all scripts)

I know there are different places to script for different functions, but would be good to have a central place to write/manage all scripts in a document. If I am using IronPython with TERR, I have to go in-and-out of two different script handlers back and forth to debug (which is many many clicks). I feel there should be a "scripts" Icon where you could have a handler for writing everything. It could handle parameters and document properties right from this area as well.

Love this idea! I was about to write the same. In a previous version we had File > Manage scripts panel

    Central Script Manager for:

    • Ironpython

    • Python

    • TERR

    • R

    • Mods (lets add coded mods, why not?)

with options to call scripts from other languages, reuse properties, trigger actions, (set workspace variables?) etc.
