Enhanced Column Name formatting in Table Visualizations

Allow auto-wrapping of long column header text (current have to go to Visualization Properties > Appearance which is non-intuitive and not evident). Also allow dragging of the column header height in the table to increase this height.

    Niklas: Sorry I did not realize this. Didn't play around with resizing enough. This idea can be removed. Thanks.

    Neil - it is possible to adjust the header height by resizing it using the mouse, and it automatically wordwraps. Did I misunderstand the issue, or does it solve the problem?
