Provide a preference/option to allow multiple filtering schemes to be enabled by default

Currently, if you need to use multiple filtering schemes in an analysis, you must enable filtering schemes in Document Properties every time you start a new analysis.

It would make life simpler if this could be set as an option within the Tools->Options->Document menu so that it would be posible to always enable filtering schemes for a new dxp automatically
