Ability to sort the library by file name or date in Version 10 Merged

Version 10 no longer allows you the sort the library by date in the desktop app.  It's defaulted to sort by the name of the file.  Being able to sort by date is key to finding files that you've worked on recently.  Users should be able to view the entire file name and be able to sort by file name or date modified.
