Splunk connection on Spotfire

Some customer wants to use Splunk SPL on Spotfire. It can be used  with ODBC for Splunk SPL Saved Search. For using Splunk SPL Dynamic Search, it can be used by commercial JDBC, UnityJDBC(http://unityJDBC.com). It is not free. I think if spotfire can support this kind of connection, spotfire is much better competitiveness than other competitor and it will be very useful.
