Be able to make graph axis selectors and legend axis selectors different font sizes

I don't always want the font size of the axis selectors on the graph to be the same size as the legend axis selectors, but with the custom theme it only allows one font size for both. This would help a lot when the legend axis selector title is so long that it gets cut off, but I still want the graph axis selectors to be big.
