Auto Zoom Slider on Waterfalls or Auto set min scale to block limits

I have waterfall bridge graphs which have a full range of 100M - 200M but the individual blocks are 10k - 3M. These scales can change depending on an area filter but the difference in the full range and the block steps is the same. I would want the top of the slider to auto set to the greatest value reached by the blocks and the bottom of the slider to be set to the lowest value reached by the blocks, with a small tolerance to allow for labels.

This can also be accomplished as an auto scale option on the waterfall visualisation allowing the min to be set to the lowest block. The max would not need to be altered.

This would allow these reports to be automated which is not possible currently as each time the report is run or a filter changed the user has to manually tweak the sliders until the graph and labels are visible. Also if you look at this, could small block labels appear outside the block underlined with a line pointing back to the related block
