Add ability to change the connections from the logon screen

When moving from Spotfire 7.11 to Spotfire 7.13 and beyond (including 10), connecting to Azure SQL could not connect because the default selection (which is grayed out on the log on screen) could not be changed so that users can connect to the templates. We have clients who have connected to our database since Spotfire 7.9 and have created thousands of templates. Now, in order to use Spotfire 7.13 and beyond, they have to go through minimum 15 clicks to change the connections for every single templates. Spotfire does not have a batch process to change the connections (i.e. change existing templates that show Encrypt: True, and Trust Server: False, which was introduced in 7.13). By having the ability to change the selections on the log on screen, it will enable users to log into the templates quicker, rather than having to go through a series of steps to change the connections.
