Webplayer force "," or "." as decimal and thousands separator

Its a very big issue when customers download raw data or simple copy/paste tables from their webplayer visualization to excel, and realize that the beautiful format in webplayer with coma as thousand separator and a dot as decimal deparator, is not the one they get when try to copy/paste no their spreedsheet.

so they blame spotfire instead of their computer configuration.

as a work arround, I make ugly every table to show numbers with no format, so no issue like that happens, but this can be avoid if I can just force webplayer to set a coma or dot on the format.
