Prevent dxp files from being opened by multiple users at the same time Merged

Dear Developers, 

Is it possible to restrict files being opened ( from filesystem resp. library ) by one user at a time only?  In other words, to have a functionality that would lock/restrict an analysis file to be accessed by a single user in Edit mode.


Excel e.g. gives a warning opens the file in read-only mode if a user already opened a file.
