Ability to configure the landing/splash page

When you open Spotfire X in web player or analyst version the entire right half of the screen is taken up by the "This is Spotfire"/"Start exploring your data" picture/link.  I'd like to configure that for my company to include our Spotfire education/help/info/resources.

    In Spotfire 11, the welcome page content can be replaced by custom content such as graphics, text and links. The graphics in the login dialog can also be customized. All done with the co-branding package.

    It is incredible to me that "Modernizing" the interface reduce usability so much and still from 10.0 to 10.7 there has been no improvement. Shall we say, disheartened to say the least.

    Not only this but we have to now add clicks to get back to the analysis I was editing yesterday. My recent files are not just THERE. Who tests this stuff?
