In Spotfire cloud, you can have user to edit dashboard and it requires a licence per user, and it's not possible to integrate with a third party application.
When you have an application A that uses Spotfire Cloud, you want to limit the access to dashboard to the users who are authenticated in application A, and that the data shown is restricted to what is allowed to.
Ex: I want that user have access to the financial reports of his division, not other company divisions.
Ideally it would be OAuth for the authentication part, and JWT to carry business data that can then be used to filter the dashboard.
