Configure Spotfire Server Web Admin Portal to show 'username' / 'Display Name' as default setting

Configure our Spotfire Web Admin portal to show 'username' radio button selected, rather than 'Display Name'. It will be helpful to include this setting to let Administrators toggle between these two setting to choose the default they prefer.

 

We wish to add users in group, so we navigate to Users & Groups >  Groups and serach the relevant group, then Click the button to Add user. The only way we can search is by Display Name.
This was not the case with earlier version before 10.3.2 LTS (We are always on LTS since it was announced; mainstream before that)
So in older version, if we want to do same thing, we go to Users & Groups > Users, choose Username as radio button. Now we navigate to Users & Groups >  Groups and serach the relevant group, then Click the button to Add user. Now we can search users using usernames and add them.
