customize labels for line charts instead of just the Y axis value. Merged

I work in oil and gas and need to be able to add comments next to production plots (line chart visualizations).  Currently I only have the option to plot the Y values in the labels.  This would be a huge help if you could make this possible.  Also, would it be possilbe to do this through ironpython.  This is the only feature preventing me from completing my project.
