Consistent formatting of data

Everywhere in the product that data can be displayed it should be possible to apply formatting rules. At present there are some places that we can apply formatting, ie display a numeric as currency, or format with or without decimal places etc, but we're inconsistent. For example lables and tooltips on maps can't be formatted.

    I need to show Latitude and Longitude to 6 decimal places in map chart.

    Yes. Another example is Pie / Show in labels / Sector Value. Currency is not formatted properly.
