Snowflake TIBCO Cloud Spotfire web client support

It should be possible to refresh data from the TCS Business Author and TCS Consumer web clients.

    Once TCS is upgraded to Spotfire 10.9 data could be loaded and refreshed directly from Snowflake, to TCS web clients. Data source and Data connection authoring is done in the Spotfire Cloud Analyst client for Windows.

    It would be a shame to let people use Tableau just because it has an API connector to Snowflake. Spotfire is so much better. Why let inferior products to win over you?
