There is no section to view the "shared with me" or "shared by me" sections in the Mac or iOS apps.
The workarounds from Tibco support are to either make the library public (not an option for our private data) or have everyone one the same group/organization (not always possible).
It would be great to see more parity between the Mac and Windows clients.
