The attached template shows that the BoxPlot doesn't show the points which have the value of 0, these are 286 data points. Please refer to the attached screenshot.
The reason that we get this issue is that the main box has a zero height on value 0, this hides the data points on that value in the same way as if we have a 'normal' box, we do not see the markers for the values that are inside the box.
We need the user to be able to select options to "Show outlier points", "Show points on whiskers" and "Show points inside boxes" to the user be able to display plot points in and around the box.
