As per Tibco Escalation team,
Sub Processes only read Internet Options
When sub processes are triggered (e.g. PDF export including maps, and some other cases) these processes do not read the config files for AS/WP, so their connections only use the Internet Options of the user they are running as.
This is contradiction for most of all secure enterprise setups where service accounts are non-interactive and cannot (should not) be configured to access internet. Their sole purpose is to run the service and the service should be capable of connecting to internet using some property or configuration.
Imp points to note:
This doesn't impact any other charts as they don't need connection to internet.
This doesn't impact Map chart rendering as the WPS settings are used to connect to internet.
As per System Administrator and AD Admins, there is no way to configure proxy for an non-interactive service account.
Possible solution as listed above is to make sub processes use the same proxy confguration for export etc. operations as defined for WPS/AS.
